What is required?
The participant needs to be prepared to do some soul-searching. This is something that many of us are afraid of. But what is scarier, having an honest look at ourselves and improving the quality of our life, under the guidance of a professional facilitator, or function way below our potential?
Functioning below our potential can cause many problems e.g. not meeting our targets, making the same mistake over and over again, not reaching our goals, being unhappy, struggling with diseases, etc.

Why?
One cannot separate people's private lives from their performance at work and vice versa. The personal stumbling blocks are also the hurdles at work. By dealing with these personal stumbling blocks and creating a balance between work, home and play, the output at work improves drastically. Sometimes a person just can't make the change no matter how hard s/he tries.

How does it work?
We create our own lives and we create it twice. First in the mind and then in the physical. This is why it is important to remove our mental blocks and develop a positive thought process.
People's mental blocks are often on a sub- conscious level. That is why during the consultations we work on changing those subconscious beliefs. Change becomes now a natural process instead of forcing ourselves by using our willpower.

John was by-passed for promotion, because of poor communication skills with clients. During the individual consultations he discovered that he had emotional wounds from his youth, which caused him to be overly sensitive to criticism. By healing these wounds he became much calmer and peaceful, which resulted in improved relationships with his customers.
Peter was an interim manager from a multinational company, who had to reorganise a section of the company. He was desperate and ready to throw in the towel. During the Coaching sessions we worked on personal issues. Within 3 consultations he was coping with his job much better. Within a few months he finished his assignment successfully and his relationships with his superiors also improved drastically.
Julie was unemployed. Her efforts to find a job had been unsuccessful. We worked on personal issues and within a short time she found a job.
Thabiseng was a child with learning difficulties. She was in grade 3, but her math's was on a grade 1 level, in spite of the extra lessons she received. During the consultations, we discovered her emotional wounds, which she had blocked-out. This emotional block also caused her math's problems. By healing her wounds and removing her block, her math's improved within weeks to the grade 3 level. |
