We offer a combination of services, for example it is very effective to do one or two Team Focus sessions with the team, while the team leader also comes for coaching. During the Team Focus session, we incorporate parts of the Make a Life Course, to teach people how to build working relationships with each other.

When training is finished all trainees can subscribe to a free weekly electronic newsletter. This newsletter re-enforces the principles learnt in the training.

Make a Life also offers telephonic coaching for their trainees. We all know that there is a big gap between theory and implementing the theory. With this telephonic coaching, people are assisted to integrate the newly learnt information into their daily challenges. It has proven itself to be a very successful form of follow-up after training.

A company was going through a reorganisation. One of their challenges was to find new premises within two weeks. We created a list with all their requirements. Within a week they were contacted by a person, who was unaware of their needs. This person offered them premises, which fitted their list perfectly.

Adecco, a multinational recruitement company with branches all through South Africa, required their needs analysed. It was decided to create a training program for all their Branch Managers. This training was followed up with personal coaching, telephonically. During these phone calls, the coach talked the Branch Managers through their challenges, by reminding them to use the techniques learnt in the training. Since the implementation of the training and coaching program for the Branch Managers, the turnover increased significantly.
